5-Year, $103M Xerox Contract from US DLA

At the end of August 2011, Xerox Corp. in Rosemont, IL received a 5-year, $103 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for digital copiers and accompanying services, at Defense Logistics Agency production services facilities throughout the United States. The contract runs to Aug 31/16, and is managed by the Defense Logistics Agency Document Services in Mechanicsburg, PA (SA4705-11-D-0001).

Depending on how the contract is defined, those accompanying services could involve far more than just running and repairing copiers. Xerox does offer full outsourced document management solutions to a number of clients, including the federal government.
