The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific in Pearl Harbor, HI awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity multiple award contracts to 4 small business qualifiers in support of the Environmental Remedial Action Program at various sites in NAVFAC Pacific’s area of responsibility (AOR).

The maximum dollar value, including the base period and 4 option years, for all contracts is $30 million.

The 4 small business qualifiers are…

  • CKY in Honolulu, HI (N62742-10-D-1805);
  • EATC Joint Venture in Honolulu, HI (N62742-10-D-1806);
  • FOPCO in Kapolei, HI (N62742-10-D-1807); and
  • WCP-Zapata Joint Venture in Honolulu, HI (N62742-10-D-1808).

The winners will compete for task orders for environmental remediation work at US Navy sites in Oahu, HI (55%); Guam (15%), Japan (5%), Okinawa (15%), Diego Garcia (5%), and other areas in the Pacific and Indian Oceans (5%).

The term of the contracts is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of March 2015.

These contracts were competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online Web site, with 10 proposals received by NAVFAC Pacific.
