* EADS – a group partly owned by the French government – is miffed that the Aerospace Industries Association does not let them in.

* Boeing sees potential for Arrow 3 sales beyond Israel, to countries including India, Singapore and South Korea. The program is expecting to start tests soon.

* Paragon Dynamics settled allegations that it stole confidential bid information from Raytheon for $1.15M. The two companies were competing for a contract from the National Reconnaissance Office.

* AK-47s might be successful in the US, but their maker is struggling because Russia recently stopped buying them. That compounded an ongoing stream of unlicensed copycats, most prominently from China which is selling a bunch of them in Africa.
