Luhr Brothers Inc. in Columbia, IL received a $20.8 million firm-fixed-price contract for Calcasieu River and Pass – Foreshore Dike construction. Work will be performed in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, and is expected to be complete by March 4, 2008. Bids were solicited via the World Wide Web, and one bid was received by The Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, LA (W912P8-06-C-0165).
