Defense Industry Daily Terms of Service

Defense Industry Insider is offered on a 30-day money back guarantee basis. If, after subscribing, you wish to cancel your account, you may do so at any time prior to the 30th day of your subscription. Your money will be refunded in full. After the first 30 days, your subscription is due in full and non refundable. Your subscription will then be automatically renewed on a recurring basis unless you cancel it, in which case the cancellation will occur at the next billing cycle (monthly, quarterly yearly, or ever other year depending on your chosen subscription terms).

By subscribing to Defense Industry Insider, the subscriber gains the right for one person to access the premium content on the Defense Industry Daily site. Forwarding this information by email or other means, sharing passwords, or otherwise disseminating Defense Industry Insider copyrighted materials constitutes a breach of this agreement, as well as United States law. Companies may purchase more permissive site licenses by contacting the sales department at [email protected].

Defense Industry Daily, at its discretion, may terminate a subscriber account that it finds is being shared or used to forward information to non-subscriber individuals. This discovery may happen via electronic tracking, including the ability to determine which IP addresses are being employed to view certain electronic assets. Defense Industry Daily will not be required to refund any subscription amount if a subscription is terminated for cause.

Subscribers may view individual stories without limit, but they may not collect and record stories into a separate database to be viewed offline. Defense Industry Daily reserves the right to meter the velocity of downloads and terminate accounts determined by Defense Industry Daily to be collecting or indexing premium content.
