$23.9M for Construction at Camp Pendleton

Rogers-Quinn Construction, Inc. in Bonsall, CA, recently won a pair of task orders having to do with Marine Corps Camp Pendleton, under previously awarded indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity multiple award contract (N68711-03-D-7057). The basic contract was competitively procured via the Naval Facilities Engineering Command e-solicitation website with 16 proposals received and award made to multiple contractors on Sept. 30, 2003. The total contract amount is not to exceed $100 million (base period and 4 option years), and the 5 winning contractors compete for task orders. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest in San Diego, CA issued the contract.

$10.8 million for firm-fixed-price Task Order 0002 for design, construction, and renovations of an armory and communication/ electronics maintenance facility complex; 3 proposals were received for this task order.

$13.1 million for firm-fixed-price Task Order 0004 for design and construction of a regimental maintenance complex (Phase II); 3 proposals were received for this task order.
