$105.6M to Endicott Interconnect for US DoD High-Performance Computer Components

Endicott Interconnect Technologies in Endicott, NY received $105.6 million in recent contract modifications from the US Department of Defense for high-performance computer components.

Under the contract modifications, the firm will supply card frame assemblies for high-performance computing application and printed circuit boards and organic substrates for next-generation super computer application.

Up to $45.4M to Tekla for NRL Airborne Sensor R&D

The US Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) awarded a $7.8 million cost-plus-fixed-fee-term contract to small business qualifier Tekla Research in Woodbridge, VA for research and development of electronic systems and embedded software for visible, electro-optic and infrared airborne sensors. The sensors are being developed for a range of aircraft, including the F-18 Hornet fighter and the EA-6B Prowler and EA-18G Growler electronic warfare aircraft.

The contract contains options which, if exercised, will bring the total cumulative contract value to $45.4 million.

NRL is the corporate research laboratory for the US Navy and US Marine Corps and conducts scientific research and technology development…

URSGI-BMDC Wins $30M Design Contract for USMC Bases in California and Arizona

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) awarded a maximum $30 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract to URSGI-BMDC, a joint venture based in San Diego, CA, for designing complete plans and specifications for various projects at US Marine Corps bases in California and Arizona.

The joint venture will provide site investigation, geotechnical investigation, surveying and cost estimating, as well as preparation of requests for proposals for design-build projects and preparation of fully designed plans and specifications for invitation for bid projects.

The USMC operates the following bases and air stations in California and Arizona:
