Up to $187.3M to EMI Services for USMC NC Facilities Maintenance

Small business qualifier Environmental Management Inc. (dba EMI Services) in Idaho Falls, ID won a combination firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for facilities maintenance and repair and heavy equipment repair at US Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, US Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, and other USMC properties in the eastern North Carolina area.

The maximum dollar value, including the base period, 4 one-year options, and 5 one-year award options, is $187.3 million ($161.5 million FFP and $25.8 million IDIQ).

Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC is the home of the USMC’s Expeditionary Forces in Readiness. MCAS New River, also in Jacksonville, is the principal USMC helicopter operating location on the East Coast, and supports aircrew training in the H-53 helicopter…

$100M to CACI to Support the US Army Battle Command System

CACI International received a $100 million task order to provide technical, engineering, logistics, business, and program support services to the US Army’s Program Executive Office Command, Control and Communications Tactical (PEO C3T) Program Manager Battle Command family of products.

The task order, for 2 base years and an 8-month option, was awarded under the Army’s $19.25 billion Strategic Services Sourcing (S3) contract vehicle.

CACI will provide management support, software development, fielding, training and product support for the Army Battle Command System (ABCS), which employs a mix of fixed/semi-fixed installations and mobile communications networks and is interoperable with theater, joint, and combined command and control systems.

NAVFAC Awards up to $20M to RBF for Civil Engeering Services

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest in San Diego, CA awarded a maximum $20 million firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity architect/ engineering contract to RBF Consulting in San Diego, CA to provide civil engineering services in NAVFAC Southwest’s area of responsibility.

RBF will be perform the work at various US Navy and US Marine Corps facilities and other government facilities within the NAVFAC Southwest AOR, including California (87%), Arizona (5%), Nevada (5%), Colorado (1%), New Mexico (1%), and Utah (1%).
