My credit card expired. How do I update my information?
You should receive a notice prior to your renewal date; if you do not believe you have received a notice with a prompt to update your information, check your spam filter and/or reach out to us at billing@defenseindustrydaily.com for a prompt response to get your subscription updated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

How can I tell how much longer my subscription runs?
After you sign in with your DII credentials, you can click on the menu to see the link to your account. You will see your payment plan and subscription term on that page.
I would like to change from a monthly or quarterly billing subscription to an annual one.
We can change that for you, but we will need your credit card information to do so. Please contact subscriptions@defenseindustrydaily.com with that request.
After you sign in with your DII credentials, you can click on the Welcome menu to see the link to your account profile. There is a box to change your password on the subsequent screen. You should be expecting a confirmation email with a clickable link to complete your change of password.
How can I recover my password?
If you have lost your password, you can recover it from within the drop-down menu by selecting Forgot your password.
The free newsletter is not automatically sent to DII paid subscribers, it is a separate subscription process. You can self subscribe to our daily emails by putting your email address in the box presented when you click on the Subscribe menu on the site. You must also confirm your email address by clicking on the link that is then sent to your subscribing email address.
If you do not get a confirming email, it likely means that your system is filtering us out. You may whitelist the email address news@defenseindustrydaily.com. If you have trouble after having done these things, please contact us at subscriptions@defenseindustrydaily.com.
How may I send technical feedback, feature requests, or bug reports?
Please email feedback@defenseindustrydaily.com. Technical details about your environment (operating system, browser, screen resolution, etc.) and screenshots will help us troubleshoot bug reports.
Except where explicitly noted, Defense Industry Daily does not own the rights to the pictures displayed on our site. We use images under “fair use” copyright doctrine, from public sources and private organizations, or use images under Creative Commons/GNU licenses that make them available to the general public, or with explicit and noted permission. All rights remain with the original image owners.

Our website is designed to work on a variety of mobile devices and smaller screen resolutions with no separate application required. We mainly test our responsive design with iOS devices (Iphone / Ipad) and Android (e.g. Samsung Galaxy).
We do not provide a print edition as our focus is entirely on online content and functionality. We do, however, include a button on our online articles that allows for clean printing and exporting to the Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
