The U.S. Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has issued $8.5 million in delivery orders on firm-fixed-price contracts for Moisture Wicking T-Shirts. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via the Internet on Nov. 8, 2004, and 55 bids were received.
