Up to $63.6M to SAIC for SPAWAR C4ISR Support

Science Applications International Corp. in McLean, VA received a $47.6 million indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide technical and engineering support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific for C4ISR systems.

This 5-year contract includes three 12-month option periods for a total potential period of performance of 8 years and a total potential value of $63.6 million.

SAIC will provide support for the following:

  • software development;
  • systems engineering;
  • configuration management;
  • quality assurance;
  • logistics and life-cycle management to support unmanned systems;
  • airspace control;
  • maritime surveillance systems;
  • anti-terrorist force protection surveillance systems;
  • security systems; and
  • command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems.

SAIC will perform the work at government and contractor sites in the San Diego area, and expects to complete wor for the base period by March 10/15.
