RFD Beaufort Inc. in Sharon Center, Ohio, received a $19.9 million Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract for the manufacture of 25-person inflatable life rafts to equip U.S. Navy vessels. Work will be performed in Sharon Center, OH, and is expected to be complete April 2010. The contractual action is a BPA against Federal Supply Schedule GS-07F-0763N with RFD Beaufort, and the BPA will be in effect for five years or until the GSA contract expires. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point in Mechanicsburg, PaA issued the contract (N00104-05-A-ZE01).
