$19M to Replace Hydrant Fuel System at Cherry Point

Small business qualifier Structural Associates Inc. of Watertown, NY, is being awarded an $19 million firm-fixed price contract for replacement of the Hydrant Fuel System at the Marine Corp Air Base in Cherry Point, NC. Work will be performed in Cherry Point, N.C. and is expected to be complete by June 2007. This contract was competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation website with eighty-seven (87) offers solicited and three proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division in Norfolk, VA issued the contract (N62470-05-C-3026).
