$53M in Coveralls Coming from Kentucky

In a significant boost to its annual sales, small business category qualifier Carter Industries Inc. of Olive Hill, KY won a $52,953,000 firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract for Coveralls for the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force. This is a basic award contract with two one-year term options, and the estimated performance completion date is Feb. 24, 2006. The proposal was solicited through the GATEWAY system, and seven responded. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia issued the contract (SP0100-05-D-4114).
