AM General Receives $60M Contract for 845 Humvees

AM General L.L.C. of South Bend, Ind. received a $60M modification to a firm fixed price contract for 814 M1152 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (“Humvees”) and 31 M1151 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles. Work will be performed at South Bend, IN. This sole source contract was initiated on July 17, 2000, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2006.
