L-3/Titan Wins Up to $426.6M for Intel Support in Iraq

L-3 Communications Government Services Inc. in Chantilly, VA received a time and materials contract amounting to an estimated face value of $179.6 million, and a potential cumulative value if all options were exercised of $426.6 million for intelligence support services in Iraq.
As DID has noted in a previous article, prior to its acquisition by L-3, Titan was the U.S. Government’s leading supplier of linguists under U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command’s (INSCOM) Worldwide Linguist Support Contract. The estimated completion date for this contract is June 30, 2009. The Weisbaden Contracting Center in Germany issued the contract (W912CM-05-D-0011).
