Tetra Tech NUS, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA won a $25 million cost-plus-award-fee contract for Comprehensive Long-Term Environmental Action, Navy District IV, for program management and technical environmental services in support of the Navy’s Environmental Program. This contract contains option years that could extend the contract to 2010 and bring the contract’s total cumulative value to $125 million.
Work will be performed primarily at Navy and Marine Corps activities under the cognizance of the Southern Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, with particular emphasis on Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, the Bahama Islands, Tennessee, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, New Mexico, Utah and Puerto Rico.
The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of April 2006 (April 2010 with options). This contract was slated and selected under Brooks Bill (Public Law 92-582) procedures, five proposals were submitted in response to the Federal Business Opportunities and NAVFAC e-solicitation website notices. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division in North Charleston, SC issued the contract (N62467-04-D-0055).
