Wyle Laboratories Inc. received an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with work ordered using cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF) term Technical Area Tasks (TAT) Delivery Orders, for the Reliability Information Analysis Center (RIAC). The contract has a 36-month base period with one 24-month option period, and the estimated cost and fixed fee for the entire 5-year period is $13.6 million. This contract will facilitate the use of scientific and technical information relating to Reliability, Maintainability, Quality, Supportability, and Interoperability (RMQSI) in design, development, testing, evaluation, operations, and maintenance of DoD systems, military systems. Wyle laboratories also help the industrial and research base which supports such systems to maintain and develop methods for the collection and analysis of R/M/Q/S/I information, and to transfer R/M/Q/S/I information within the U.S. Government to authorized customers. The requirement was solicited on a full and open competition basis. Two offers were received. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization-National Capital Region issued the contract (HC1047-05-D-4005).
