B.L. Harbert International in Birmingham, AL received a $25 million firm-fixed-price contract for Design and Construction of a Security Operation Facility at Fort Campbell, KY. Fort Campbell is the home of the 101st Airborne Division, aka. “Screaming Eagles.” Work is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2008. There were 67 bids solicited on Oct. 7, 2005, and 3 bids were received by the Army Corps of Engineers in Louisville, KY (W912QR-06-C-0013).
