General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (formerly DSR Solutions division) of Fairfax, VA won a $27.8 million cost-plus-award-fee contract for system integration that will address track management and collate data from sensor nets. The software will be part of the Open Architecture Track Manager (OATM) program. Work will be performed primarily in Fairfax, VA (65%); Bethpage, NY (29%); and St. Petersburg, FL (6%); and is expected to be completed by December 2006. The contract was competitively procured via the Internet, with two offers received. The Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, DC issued the contract (N00024-05-C-5100).
