Bagram Air Base Inglett and Stubbs International in Smyrna, GA received a $35 million firm fixed price, contract to build a power plant for Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Work will be performed in Afghanistan, and is expected to be complete by Oct 31/09. There was one bid solicited on July 18/08, and one bid was received by the Us Army Corps of Engineers in Philadelphia, PA (W912BU-05-D-0004).
