Envision in Wichita, KS is being awarded a fixed-price requirements type contract to provide plastic T-Shirt Bags at all U.S. commissary store locations. After the $49.8 million one-year base period runs from Sept 1/07 – Aug 31/08, another 4 one-year option periods are available.
