Structural Associates Inc. in Watertown, NY, won a $7.3 million firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an Army National Guard Readiness Center. Work will be performed at Fort Drum, NY, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 22, 2006. There were 25 bids solicited on March 1, 2005, and two bids were received. The U.S. Property Fiscal Office in Latham, NY, issued the contract (W912PQ-05-C-0010).
