MedImmune Vaccines Inc. in Gaithersburg, MD received a maximum $8.1 million firm fixed price, indefinite quantity (base year only) contract for Influenza Virus Vaccine Nasal Spray for Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Performance completion date is December 31, 2005. There were two proposals submitted and one responded. The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia in Philadelphia, PA issued the contract (SP0200-05-D-0011). This contract complements a $25 million contract for flu vaccines and syringes issued to Sanofi Pasteur in May.
