* tactical equipment maintenance facility (38,730 square feet and 40,000 square feet);
* a compact item repair shop (11,500 square feet);
* organizational vehicle parking;
* oil storage building;
* hazardous material storage;
* vehicle fueling area;
* antiterrorism infrastructure;
* building information system;
* heating, ventilating and air conditioning system;
* energy monitoring and control system; and
* utilities, security lighting, fencing, sewer, storm drainage, walks, curbs, gutters, and site development.
