Under Construction(click to view full) The US Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest awarded 8 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity multiple award construction contract small business set-asides for new construction and renovation of existing buildings at various locations within the NAVFAC Southwest area of responsibility. The maximum dollar value for all 8 contracts is $750 million. The work to be performed includes design, new construction, renovation and repair for industrial, commercial type and institutional buildings, systems and infrastructure. The work may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and communication systems and will include supervision, equipment, materials, and labor in order to provide complete and usable facilities.
