ManTech Releases Q2 Results

DID covered ManTech’s acquisition of Grey Hawk Systems earlier this year, and its goal of breaking the billion-dollar barrier. Now ManTech [NASDAQ:MANT] has released its Q2/05 Financials. ManTech reported revenue of $239.4 million for the second quarter of 2005, 16% internal revenue growth and up $34.3 million (17%) over same period 2004. ManTech’s operating income in the Q2 2005 was $20.2 million, resulting in an 8.4% operating margin and diluted EPS from continuing operations of $0.35. Reported total backlog as of June 30, 2005, was $1.7 billion and funded backlog was $452 million. Full details can be found here.
