$800M for Naval Air Warfare Training Systems & Support
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division at Orlando, FL has awarded 11 ceiling-priced, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, multiple-award contracts (N61339-05-D-6000 through N61339-05-D-6010), covering a full range of training system and support services for Naval Air Systems Command and training sites around the world, including approved Foreign Military Sales cases. Under this multiple award, each contractor is awarded $10,000 and will be provided a fair opportunity to compete for individual task orders. A ceiling of $800 million over a five-year ordering period exists for this effort.
The Boeing Co., Aerospace Support will perform work under its contract in Oklahoma City, OK. CAE USA Inc. will perform work in Tampa, FL. Computer Sciences Corp. Systems & Solutions LLC will perform work in Norco, CA. Cubic Worldwide Technical Services Inc., will perform work in San Diego, CA. Fidelity Technologies Corp. will perform work in Reading, PA. FlightSafety Services Corp. will perform work in Centennial, CO. L-3 Communications Corp.’s Link Simulation & Training Division will perform work in Arlington, TX. LB&B Associates Inc. will perform in Columbia, MD. Lockheed Martin Information & Technology Services will perform work in Cherry Hill, NJ. Small business qualifier Engineering Support Personnel Inc., will perform work in Orlando, FL. Small business qualifier ProActive Technologies, LLC will perform work in Wintersville, OH. These contracts are expected to be completed in January 2010. These contracts were competitively procured under a multiple award request for proposals, with a partial set-aside for small business; 22 offers were received.
