DynCorp International in Fort Worth, TX received a $9.9 million firm-fixed-price contract for Access Control Badge System Services in Iraq. The announcement did not mention whether this is connected to the $75+ million biometric access card project under way to improve force protection at U.S. bases in Iraq. Work on this sole source contract will be performed in Iraq, and is expected to be complete by Sept. 1, 2006. The Joint Contracting Command at Camp Victory, Iraq issued the contract (W27P4A-05-C-0013).
