CACI in Chantilly, VA received a $30.8 million indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract to provide logistics and training support for US Navy and US Marine Corps activities. This contract contains 4 one-year options, which, if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $190.3 million. This is the 6th contract renewal for CACI over the past 22 years for services supporting the Navy’s Fleet Assistance and Shipboard Training program… CACI will provide logistics, inventory, training and financial management support, including an automated supply management system, to help improve supply operations and fleet. CACI will perform the work in Norfolk, VA (60%); San Diego, CA (35%); and Cherry Point, NC (5%), and expects to complete it by December 2010. This contract was competitively procured, with 2 offers received by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk’s Philadelphia Division in Pennsylvania (N00189-10-D-Z006).
